In the October issue of BICYCLING Magazine; their "editors pick" for low-cost Student/Commuter bikes was the $350 retail TORKER U-DISTRICT Calling the highly affordable U-District "a trustworthy commuter that requires minimal maintenance," BICYCLING magazine put the U-District on top compared to the Schwinn Cutter and SE Draft Lite.
