If you have been unable to recall your password you may attempt to reset it. Provide your user id below and an e-mail will be sent to the address we have on file for that user. You should receive an e-mail shortly with directions.
If you are the master user on your account (generally the owner) and do not receive the e-mail then contact your SBS sales rep for further assistance. If you have an employee account and do not receive the e-mail then contact your employer for further assistance.
For security purposes we do not mail you the password. Instead we offer you the ability to set a new password.
If you do not reply to the e-mail, no changes will be made. The link provided by the e-mail will expire after one week.
